I used to hate it, but I’ve come to appreciate when the resolution to a ticket is “user error.” it means I didn’t do anything wrong and I get to teach someone a new skill :)
anger is the least useful emotion imo. rarely learn anything from it. and I know people say it’s possible to redirect that energy into productivity, but that is just… not my experience.

the demanding chef archetype exists as a method of permission through authority. “oh, I have to eat this blindfolded? if the chef insists…”
if you don’t learn to “just” do things, you can pay a lot of money for the privilege instead.
