I used to hate it, but I’ve come to appreciate when the resolution to a ticket is “user error.” it means I didn’t do anything wrong and I get to teach someone a new skill :)

anger is the least useful emotion imo. rarely learn anything from it. and I know people say it’s possible to redirect that energy into productivity, but that is just… not my experience.

empathy != theory of mind. understanding the difference was an essential step in improving my capabilities with both.
